We accept most insurance plans with exception of Medicaid, Wellcare, Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield Pathway X, United Healthcare Compass, United Healthcare Market Place, Humana Savannah HMO X Plan, United Healthcare Heritage, and United Healthcare Navigate. However it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure we accept their insurance prior to the visit.
Statements are generated for patient accounts as soon as claims are processed and posted. You will receive three statements. After those statements, if your account is not paid you will receive a final notice which gives you ten days to pay before the account is turned over to collections. In order to have your records released, a record release for must be signed. We usually ask for at least 5 business days to have them completed. There will be a charge for all records that are for personal use. The first 20 pages are .75 cents per page and .65 cents per pages 21 through 100 and .50 cents for each page over 100 pages. If records are sent to another physicians office there will be no charge.
