Profractional Laser Resurfacing

ProFractional Laser Resurfacing provides excellent resurfacing results with minimal downtime. This resurfacing laser reduces wrinkles, scars and photodamage. ProFractional creates narrow-diameter microscopic channels in the skin. This  initiates the body’s wound healing response while leaving the surrounding tissue intact for rapid healing. The result is increased skin turgor and thickness. Compared to other resurfacing lasers, the benefits of ProFractional include increased patient comfort and shorter healing times. There is minimal downtime of only a few days and the collagen remodeling and tightening occurs over the 4 to 6 months following treatment.

MicroLaser Peel

MicroLaser Peel removes a thin layer of damaged skin and as the skin heals, the skin appears more healthy and more even in color.   This layer of damaged skin can make the skin have a tired, aged look and after the treatment the skin is more vibrant. Excellent results can be obtained with just one treatment but the number of treatments needed may vary from patient to patient. After waiting with an application of topical anesthetic on the face, the procedure then takes about 20 minutes. The procedure is very tolerable. The face will have some skin redness similar to a sunburn and mild swelling, but most can return to work within 3 to 4 days.

Most patients notice an obvious improvement in stone, texture and color evenness once the skin heals in approximately 3 to 4 days.

MicroLaser Peel and ProFractional Resurfacing can be combined for a deeper resurfacing for more severe photodamage.
